P.V. Look to take Respect and Winning Season

As reported in the Houston Chronicle, the Prairie View Panthers are ready to have their first wining season in over 25 years. Most people in the SWAC are skeptic, but the Panther nation is on board.

Being from Houston, I watch P.V. play a lot and see improvements, but a winning season, I don't think ... wait a minute. Let's look at the schedule.

If the Panthers beat all the teams they are supposed to beat and Alcorn, UAPB, and Jackson State, then P.V. will be 7-4 for the year.

How can the Panthers improve so fast? The Panthers are improving while other teams in the SWAC are rebuilding. Alcorn is breaking in a new QB. UAPB is in a complete rebuild process after graduating several players. JSU has been in turmoil ever sense Bell was hired and nothing points to that changing.

All I'm saying is that there is a chase that the sleeping giant will be awaken this year.
